We are pleased to advise our patients that the automated telephone appointment booking service is up and running once again, and would like to thank you for your patience this week whilst we have worked to resolve this.
We are aware that patients have been unable to use the telephone automated system to make appointments this week. It appears that a power cut over the weekend caused permanent damage to the server. This has been reported to the technical support team, and we are currently working with them to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, appointments are still available to book online or via a Receptionist at the usual times.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
