Extended Hours
In response to our patients’ requests we are happy to announce that we now offer GP consultations outside of our normal ‘Contracted Core Hours’.
These consultations are only available via reception and MUST be pre-booked. This service is NOT an emergency service and the usual reception services will NOT be available during these times. Consultation times are as follows:
Tuesday 6.30 - 8.00pm*
Alternate Saturday morning*
*These times may vary according to the availability of the clinicians. These appointments will NOT be available to book online. If you fail to attend one of these extended hours appointments, you may NOT be offered another one.
Out Of Hours
You can contact the surgery via telephone during the following hours:

Wednesday 8.30am - 2.00pm
Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm
Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm
Outside of these hours (including weekends), if you telephone the surgery,
you will hear a recorded message giving you details of what to do if you require
medical assistance.

Disabled Access
• There are disabled parking facilities at the front of both surgeries.
• Wheelchair access to both buildings is via the main front doors.
• There are disabled WC facilities at both surgeries, located on the ground
floor by the main entrances.
We do not have a lift at our Crowshott Avenue surgery, so if you are in a
wheelchair, or are unable to climb stairs, please notify the receptionist at
the point of booking your appointment and we will ensure you are seen by a clinician
in a downstairs consulting room.
There is a lift available to our patients at our surgery in William Drive.
Hearing Loop
There is a hearing loop facility at both of our surgeries. Please see the
receptionist for more details / assistance.
Mobile Phones
Please be aware that the use of mobile phones in either surgery is NOT PERMITTED.
