How do I...
Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?
You can take your request to either surgery, but you must collect from the
surgery at which you left your request. Please use your repeat prescriptions
slip. ALL requests must be received in writing: in order to avoid errors we DO
NOT take requests over the telephone.
If you have an agreement with a local chemist who collects on your behalf,
please make a note of this on your request. We currently have arrangements with
the following chemists:
- Kotecha Pharmacy, Honeypot Lane
Boots, Stanmore
Sainsbury's, Stanmore
Taubers, Stanmore
Canons Pharmacy, Canons Park
Lloyds Pharmacy, Belmont Circle
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours (two working days) before collecting your
prescription.

We will only post your item back to you if you provide a stamped addressed
envelope.
Via EMIS ACCESS (online) you can electronically request your REPEAT items. If
your item is not listed here, this means it is a 'one off' item and you will
be required to put your repeat request to us in writing as per the methods opposite.
Please note, items NOT on your repeat prescriptions slip may take longer to process,
and you may be advised to see or discuss your request with a doctor or nurse
before such items are issued.
